If you have entered the registration details and the software still won't register. Check and ensure you are running the latest version and check to make sure that you haven't made any typing errors, such as zeros instead of capital O's. If you are stilling having trouble please send me an email using the address support@arsoftware.co.uk, if at all possible include a screenshot of the products registration dialog with your information typed in so I can verify the details.
I think I've found a bug?
No matter how carefully you right an application some bugs will no doubt sneak in somewhere. If you think you've found a bug in AutoWallpaper please email me (support@arsoftware.co.uk) with as much detail as possible:
Include a screenshot of any error messages, the steps taken to reproduce the error, details about your system (operating system, ram, background applications, etc)

After updating from version 2 to version 3 things aren't working properly, please help
There were a great deal of changes from the last release of version 2 and the current release of version 3, and as such upgrading from version 2 is problematic. Before installing version 3 you should uninstall version 2, and then manually delete the application folder (c:\program files\autowallpaper), then search your C drive for AutoWallpaper, this should locate the preferences folder, delete this.
If the search doesn't locate the folder then it is hidden (use the path below to access the folder):
Windows XP : C:\Documents and Settings\YourUsername\Application Data
Windows Vista : C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Roaming
You will then be able to find and delete the folder.
Afterwards you can safely install version 3 and enjoy all the latest features and benefits (this will also work if you have already installed version 3). If you need any additional help please email
